Manager International Real Estate Acquisition (m/w/d)

Your responsibilites

  • Sourcing of international properties, real estate and project developments
  • Identification, feasibility analysis and acquisition of developed and undeveloped areas in Central and Eastern Europe with special focus on Poland
  • Acquisition of new construction projects and existing buildings in Central and Eastern Europe
  • Active approach and cultivation of contacts to suppliers and joint venture partners
  • Evaluation of offers and tracking of information and key figures
  • Preparation of profitability and location analysis
  • Control of purchasing processes and contract negotiations
  • Controlling participation in bidding processes
  • Management of the legal, tax and technical due diligence for property and acquisition processes
  • Participation in project financing
  • Coordination of project participants and project initiation processes
  • Preparation of investment proposals, financing proposals and investor presentations
  • Participation in the monitoring of market developments
  • Tracking of cash flow analysis, cost monitoring, reporting
  • Support in the processes of obtaining building permits

Your requirement

  • Several years of entrepreneurial activity in the real estate sector 
  • Proven strength in concept and project development and acquisition
  • Existing professional network in the European real estate industry (banks, large portfolio companies, service providers, real estate agents, etc.)
  • Mastery of relevant areas of law at European level in acquisition, project development and marketing
  • Convincing project and process management skills combined with extensive experience in purchasing processes including consulting management (technical, commercial, tax due diligence).
  • In-depth understanding of economic relationships in economic analysis (investment costs, financing, rental income, investor returns)
  • Experience in the design of organised forms of housing (residential complexes, hotels, guesthouses, student flats, senior citizens' flats)
  • Experience in identifying and increasing construction potential (detailed understanding of planning requirements and possibilities)
  • Fluent German and business English, other (east european) languages would be advantageous
