Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will take our data-driven decision-making to the next level with precise analyses and smart dashboards – creating real value for our company.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support essential decision-making processes.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and guarantee that all BI tools provide reliable and accurate information.
• Define and implement KPI-driven success metrics to evaluate the performance of our business processes.
• Collaborate closely with various departments (Operations, Finance, Sales, Real Estate Management) to develop and enhance data-driven solutions.
• Support colleagues in effectively using BI tools and foster a data-driven mindset within the company.

• A degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard development) and Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis tools, preferably macros).
• Experience with SQL, APIs, ERP/CRM systems, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing is a plus – particularly in handling structured and unstructured data from diverse sources and integrating them into powerful BI systems.
• Knowledge of real estate market data and relevant KPIs is an advantage.
• Excellent English skills, ideally also German skills.
